Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

Items must:

  • Be unused, clean, and in original condition
  • Be in the original packaging (if applicable) with all tags attached
  • Not be damaged, soiled, or altered (including makeup stains), unless due to a manufacturer’s defect
  • Include your order number inside the package
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for items that are:

  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to misuse
  • Missing the original packaging, packing slip, or RMA number
  • Returned without following the Return Portal process
  • Sale items — all sale items are final and non-refundable; however, exchanges and store credit are available

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If the item you received is defective or differs from your order:

  • Contact us at Info@esthersaadia.com within 3 days of delivery
  • Do not use the returns portal for defective or damaged items
  • We cannot guarantee resolution for issues reported after 3 days
  • Photographic evidence may be requested
  • If the exact item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund, including shipping and taxes (if applicable)

4. Return Window & Authorization

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Late returns will not be accepted
  • All returns require authorization through our Return Portal
  • Once you receive a return label, your package must be shipped within 3 business days
  • Late shipments may be rejected
  • Returns are limited to 4 items per order. Orders placed within a similar timeframe may be treated as a single combined order at our discretion
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

5. Restocking & Shipping Fee Deductions

  • Return Fee: A $10 flat-rate fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping
  • Free First Exchange or Store Credit: Your first exchange or store credit request is free, with no return shipping fee
  • For additional exchanges, a $20 flat shipping and handling fee applies to cover two-way shipping and repackaging
  • These fees help cover shipping, handling, inspection, and payment processing costs

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items

7. Returns Outside the United States

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and taxes
  • Refunds are issued after items are received and inspected

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • Esther Saadia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment
  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly for claims related to damaged deliveries

9. Color Disclaimer

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to photography, screen resolution, or production batches
  • Returns will not be accepted for minor color variations

10. How Do I Initiate a Return?

Start a Return Request

Sign in to your account:

  1. Enter your email address and click Continue
  2. Check your email for the six-digit verification code sent by our store
  3. Return to the store and enter the verification code

To submit a return request:

  • Click Request Return for the order you want to return
  • Select the item(s) you would like to return
  • Choose a return reason and leave a note if needed
  • Click Request Return to submit
