1. Restocking & Shipping Fee Deductions
- Orders may incur a 10% restocking fee.
- This fee covers the additional costs of processing large returns, including shipping, handling, inspection, and credit card processing.
- Restocking fees ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality, ethical, and sustainable products to our customers.
2. Return Window & Authorization
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Late returns will not be accepted.
- All returns require authorization via our Return Portal.
- Prepaid shipping labels can be requested through the portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error or defect.
- Once you receive a return label, ship your package within 3 business days; late shipments may be rejected.
- Returns are limited to 4 items per order. Orders placed within a similar timeframe may be considered a single combined order at our discretion.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
3. Return Eligibility
Items must:
• Be unused, clean, and in original condition
• Be in original packaging (if applicable) with all tags attached
• Not be damaged, soiled, or altered (including makeup stains) unless due to a manufacturer's defect
• Include your 5-digit order number inside the package
• Returns that fail to meet these conditions will be declined
4. Refund Processing
• Refunds are issued after the return is received and inspected.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
• Contact us within 3 days of receipt if an item is defective or damaged.
• Photographic evidence may be requested.
• Eligible defective or damaged items will be replaced at no cost, including shipping.
6. Free Returns for Errors or Defects
Prepaid return shipping labels are provided only if:
• The item is defective
• The item received differs from your order
• The item was damaged in shipping
In these cases:
• Items will be exchanged for the exact same product (style, size, and color)
• If the exact item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund, including shipping and taxes (if applicable)
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Returns will not be accepted if items are:
Worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to misuse
Missing the original packaging, packing slip, or RMA number
Returned without following the Return Portal process - All Sale items are final and non-refundable
Items not meeting these conditions may be returned at the customer’s cost, with handling fees applied.
8. International Returns
• Customers are responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and taxes.
• Refunds are issued after items are received and inspected.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
• Esther Saadia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment.
• Contact the carrier for claims if your package arrives damaged.
10. International Orders
• We ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes, which vary by destination and weight.
11. Color Disclaimer
• Product colors may vary slightly due to photography, screen resolution, or production batches.
• Returns will not be accepted due to minor color variations.
12. How do I initiate a return

Sign in to your account:
a. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".b. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.c. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
